Course Description:
Bring out the true artist in
you. Create a one of a kind fused applique art piece with a slight modern twist.
Simply trace, cut with scissors,
and iron.
Students can pick from five
different patterns as they purchase the kit in class.
Just a few simple supplies and
your sewing machine with a button hole, zigzag, or blind hem stitch. Students will also learn how to embellish their project,
finish the raw edges, and a variety of quilting techniques.
Kit Fee: $15.00 additional fee - payable in class

¾ yard of fusible
Ziplock bag
Student Supply List:
Light box, if you have one.
I will bring several for use during class.
Fat quarter of cotton fabric:
large print, Stonehenge, or batik.
I will have some in class for
students to purchase.
¾ yard of Solid black fabric
Clover Iron, if you have one.
If not, I will have some available for use during class.
Tweezers
Extra Fine black Sharpie Pen
for tracing pattern
Small sharp scissors (I like
Frisker Micro Point)
Special Equipment:
Sewing machine with a button
hole, zigzag, or blind hem stitch
